Step 1 - Research:

Alternatively, if you have already found the property you require, we will negotiate on your behalf in order to obtain you the best possible discount.
Step 2 - Feasibility:
Once the mortgage feasibility study has been completed, and all the criterias for the purchase have been fulfilled, BLPSolutions' experienced consultants negotiate substantial discounts up to 10-20% off the developers advertised purchase price.
Our extensive market knowledge and long-standing relationships with developers across the UK allow us to maximise the discounts obtained.
Step 3 - Reservations:
When you are happy with the selected plot along with the discounts and extras obtained, BLPSolutions will arrange for the plot to be reserved and one of our approved independent financial advisors (IFA) will instruct solicitors to act on your behalf and arrange your mortgage.
From the date of reservation, you must exchange contracts within 21 days and the purchase will be completed within 28 days (if the property is build complete).
BLPSolutions will manage the entire process, in order to minimise the stress and disruption normally associated with a property purchase.
